Kalish Method 6 Month Functional Medicine Training Program Overview

The training program consists of a series of 12 in-depth modules that we'll cover over a period of six months. The training is conducted live on the phone and on-line simultaneously, so you'll be able to interact with other students and ask questions. All classes are recorded for those who miss the live calls. The webinar format allows students from all over the world to participate.

Dr. Kalish designed the course in a way that not only teaches you to practice his method, but also to experience the process first-hand, as if you were a patient. You will use lab tests on yourself. You will communicate test results with fellow students. You will implement dietary changes in your own life, and feel better just as your patients will.

Introduction to Natural Neurotransmitter Balancing Techniques

This three month intensive course focuses on the new ground breaking techniques for measuring serotonin and dopamine. Only one lab company in the world has the patented solution to this most complex area of functional medicine, treating the brain with lab-base protocols.

It's well known that baseline urinary neurotransmitter testing is inaccurate so this course sets out with a detailed explanation of the new technology, the Organic Cation Transporter testing which correlates OCT2 transporter function in the kidneys and brain. Simply put this stuff is complex but it works.

The solutions are basic. We use amino acids, co-factors, and a natural form of L-Dopa to recalibrate serotonin and dopamine levels in the brain.

Having run two large integrative health centers and having coached hundreds of practitioners I know what it takes to get a business launched. It is a lot of work, more work in fact than the acquiring of clinical knowledge.
